Each drumming session is performed by Katrina, during which she will drum over and near your body. The drumming may accompany other recordings, such as Solfeggio frequencies, indigenous instrumentation (such as the flute recordings of Navajo-Ute artist Carlos Nakai), or binaural beats.

While I don't have any formal training, I have done extensive research into the types of rhythms and sounds that produce the best healing results. I have a background in dance that gives me excellent rhythm, and I use a drum that I built myself out of deer skin and buffalo skin. I believe I have a relationship with my drum and that it wants to be used to help others. I occasionally also use another drum made of Elk that was built by a Cherokee artist and which I purchased in Arizona from Kachina House.
I don't claim to be a shaman or to use Native American practices, aside from the style of drum I use. My practice does not appropriate Native culture, but instead draws on the universal principles of healing through sound vibrations and my personal animist relationship with the instruments. As my practice evolves, I may begin to include other instruments. I am excited to see where this practice takes me-- and you!
