Forest Bathing
Walks are typically held in various local parks. Occasionally we do a "field trip" to a farther destination. This is not hiking-- it is experiential enjoyment of nature, in community.

Ecstatic Dance
We gather to let loose and get into our bodies. This dance is for every body, no experience necessary. Come as you are, let the music inspire you, and move in whatever ways feel good. Relax, there is no way to do this wrong. We start with slower music, to settle into the environment and connect with our bodies, then pick up the pace. We return to the slow music at the finish, for stretching, shivasana, and integration. Schedule coming soon, stay tuned!

Women's
Embodiment Circle
Once a week we gather with other women to explore what it means to inhabit a woman's body. (Trans women are women, so they are very welcome in our space!) Our time together includes sharing experiences, guided explorations to encourage embodiment, and rituals to help deepen our connections with ourselves and others.

Massage Mentoring
After over a dozen years in this practice, I have learned some things that I would love to pass along to folks who are new to the field. Sharing knowledge and skills is one of my love languages!​ Stay tuned for upcoming classes and mentoring sessions, and please reach out if interested.
Sacred Rituals
Let's gather and use sacred magic to create the world we want! For these rituals, I will be digging deep into pre-Christianity to honor my Slovenian and Lithuanian witchy pagan roots— focusing on that deep connection to the plants and other animals with whom we share this earth (and also the rocks, stones, rivers, oceans, etc).
I’ve been part of such rituals both solo and in groups for years. I'm excited to send the benefits of these powerful events rippling out into my community. Coming soon, stay tuned!
